CVSA Submits Comments on RFI on Regulations for Modification or Repeal

On May 5, CVSA submitted (PDF) (opens in a new tab) comments on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) request for information (PDF) (opens in a new tab) (RFI) seeking existing regulations, guidance, paperwork requirements and other regulatory obligations that can be modified or repealed to comply with various deregulatory executive orders. CVSA asked the U.S. DOT to consider three of the Alliance’s petitions.
