CVSA Submits Comments on Retroreflective Sheeting on Semitrailers and Trailers NPRM

On July 9, CVSA submitted comments (PDF) (opens in a new tab) on the notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to rescind the requirements for retroreflective sheeting on semitrailers and trailers manufactured prior to Dec. 1, 1993. CVSA recommended that FMCSA leave the requirements in § 393.13 in place.
