Transportation Spending Bill Becomes Law

On March 9, President Biden signed into law H.R. 4366, the Consolidated Appropriations Act, which included the transportation spending bill for fiscal 2024. This legislation was passed by the U.S. Congress on March 8. Because this legislation passed, a partial government shutdown was avoided.
